So the BU games (and thanksgiving) is in a month. I know the question has come up but as the dates draw near, anyone have any clues about the ticket situation?
Is there anyone on campus reading this forum that knows that they (or other friends) won't be here for one or both of the games and want to sell their tickets?
Has anyone explored the option of calling the BU ticket people yet?
and I may also be looking possibly for a ride from the Boston/Providence area either to Albany or directly to Ithaca...still working on the exact plans.

Apologies to everyone who tried to email my Cornell address in the past couple of days; when I set up the mail forwarding from whelan-AT-oates.phys.utb.edu (where jtw24-AT-cornell.edu forwards to), I set it to whelan-AT-cauyga.loyno.edu instead of whelan-AT-cayuga.loyno.edu by mistake. It should be fixed now.

My wife and I are looking for a pair of tickets for that weekend series as well. Please e-mail me if you have two available.

I bought a few tickets through the Cornell ticket office, but they are general admission --the ticket office decided that there would be some opens seats due to students being away for break. I'm not jazzed about not having assigned seats, but at least I'll be able to get in the door. Maybe they still have general admission tickets available.
EDIT: Just noticed on USCHO.com that BU lost to Merrimack(!). Add that to the tie against Vermont and BU is 0-1-1 against the consensus worst teams in the ECAC and HEA. I'm not pleased, since I was hoping that BU would be coming into Lynah with a high ranking in the polls. Of course there is still a lot of time for BU to prove itself before their Lynah visit, but it better get started now.

Yeah, that was one rousing effort by the Terriers last night.
I'm sure the Red and White game was far more entertaining.

Thanks for the post about the general admission tickets. I called today and bought tickets for both games.
