How the blip??? (Football)

Is anyone listening to the football game? How did we give up 24 pts. in the 4th qtr. to Towson? Did half of the stadium fall on the starting defense as the 3rd qtr. ended?
Of course, I may be getting my Cornells mixed up. The USAToday site says that Towson and Cornell College Iowa are tied up at 24-24 in OT. Actually, it makes more sense that Div. 3 (or NAIA) Cornell College give up 24 pts. to Towson in the 4th qtr.

Not listening, but 'gamecast-ing', or whatever OCSN calls it - actually I'm surprised we pulled it out in OT, it was going to be the third loss in three very different ways in 3 weeks. The mark of a truly f*#&ed up team, which seemed to be the path we're heading down. But then again, it's only football...
Speaking of football however, I realized we play Hahvahd (EDIT: sucks )@ Hahvahd (edit: sucks) next week, and that next week is fall break so I'll be home in Ct. I was thinking of getting up and making my way to Boston for the game. Will there be any Cornell contingent there to make it worth going? Any particular way to get tickets in a Cornell section? I'll probably be too lazy to do it anyway, but I'm thinking about it .

I guess we did pull it out in OT, but not by the 31-24 score posted on the wonderful Gametracker (surprised we don't have to pay for that, too). Whoever was manning that apparently didn't realize that the other guy gets a chance to tie (or win) if the team with the ball first in the OT scores.
Great win over a very explosive team. Amazing we held them scoreless until the last play of the third period.
Makes you wonder where the coaches have been hiding Ulbricht for three-plus years.
The Cornell "section" at Harvard is basically the east side of the Stadium. No reason to worry about tickets, which are $12 (but $29 for the Yale game!). If you go, bring a blanket or something to sit on. Else it's cold, hard concrete under your butt. The game will be televised on the YES network. Harvard blew one today at Lehigh, throwing the ball away on a backwards pass inside their own twenty to let Lehigh come back from an eleven point deficit with six minutes remaining.

I think the Cornell Club of Boston usually organizes something for football games at Harvard, but I've never been. If it's the place I'm thinking of, the football stadium isn't very large, so the Cornell contingent shouldn't be too difficult to spot. I have no idea if tickets are difficult to get.

Must be thinking of the wrong place. Harvard Stadium holds 45,000. PFB.

The final was 34-31 in 2 OT. Cornell blocked Towson's FG attempt in the second overtime, before getting to the 2 and drilling a chip-shot for the win. It's the first home win in nearly 2 years (since Dartmouth in 2000) and first non-conference win in almost 3 (since Wagner in 1999).

It was more how the blip did we build a 24-0 lead against Towson's great offense.
Excellent and unexpected win sets up the Harvard game next week.
