Am I reading that boxscore on USCHO right? Did they actually lose to McGill? I'm all for humiliation of the crimson, but i can't imagine a pitiful and pathetic hahvahd being good for the ecachl.

If it means anything, Sucks played each goalie for 30 mins. The second sieve (Justin Tobe) gave up 4 goals on 9 shots. They outshot McGill 42-22.

So they may not be as bad as the score indicates. They just have a serious sieve for a second-string goalie.

We lost to one of the "W" Canadian schools in the 80's (Western Ontario, Wilfrid Laurier, Waterloo...). It happens, especially when the coach is experimenting with combinations with a lot of frosh.

It's funny, but don't read anything into it.

We were at this game last night. Sucks didn't look bad and their passing and forechecking was excellent, as usual for them. McGill worked hard, put on some intensity at the end of the game, and came back from a deficit by manufacturing some really good chances. Daigneau looked better than I expected, but I didn't think Tobe looked all that bad.

McGill had just as large a fan showing as Sucks! They were wearing shirts that said "Harvard: The McGill of America."
