Big Red have gone for highly skilled, smart players for next year. Comments on Toronto area players:

Daniel Pegoraro - One of the most gifted skaters in his age group. Uses quickness to create scoring opportunities. Has been a top player in his age group throughout his career
Jon Gleed - Playing a big role in the playoffs for his team, the Brampton Capitals, probably the best Tier II junior team in the province, maybe country. A big, smart defenceman who looks after his own end very well and who will contribute on offence.
Matt Moulson - Midwest league MVP, a natural scorer who sees ice well, only Canadian Jr B player on mid-term NHL draft list.

Although Chris Heisenberg's web site lists Jon Gleed at 6'1", 165 pounds, the Brampton Capitals this season listed him at 6'2", 195. He's not the small defenseman he used to be. (I remember Gleed's size was mentioned on a discussion thread many weeks ago.)
