Last year the season package buyers could access the archives. This year when I2 began they announced that archiving was not going to happen - I think for the first half of the season.

That lack of archived games is the reason I have been buying them one by one.

They also cut $10 off the season subscription price because of the lack of archives.

Yeah but it still sucks for me. I go to games in the Morgue (TM) at RIP and really can't benefit from a live feed with no archive on nights when both the Big Red and Faux Red are at home.

Yeah, I've actually missed a bunch of webcasts myself. For example, tonight I'm marching in a Mardi Gras parade. I'm not sure if buying the whole season will turn out to have been cost-effective, but at least it was convenient.

thats not true.. the statement was we wont be able to archive anything until after jan1 therefore we are cutting the price... well jan 1 has come and gone and still no archives....

Right, but the I2 people made the statement at the beginning of the season and they no longer run the show. So I think the best thing we could do would be to politely request what I2 promised. That is more likely to work than complaining.

It really isn't that hard for someone to archive the games. They sure worked their butts off last night getting the game on the net. Maybe if we ask for the archives they will appear.
