Well, that's my theory at least. 
CSTV and USCHO are part of his CIA cover. He even let it slip in his current article [www.uscho.com] that he has a network of spies and watchers, watching and spying and reporting their findings to their Boss.

It is good to see someone from South Hill doing well in his or her adult career. Keith Olbermann, watch your back.
But CIA operative? These days, even CIA operatives are hardly CIA operatives.
