I am in the process of finding a couple tickets for Lynah East on Jan 8. Do you all which section is which? Or better yet, which sections are the harvard student section? I think pretty much anywhere else would be fine for me except for that...
More specifically, is Section 3 a harvard student section?

if there is anything that could be considered a harvard student section, it's section 12 behind the net that visitors defend twice. the harvard band is in 11. cornell will be much of the rest of the rink, but in past years the official cornell seats have been 13/14/15. our seats are in 9 and some other random places but we hope to all congregate around that area by the band. there are no ushers to find your seats (at least at the games i have attended there). here's a link to a map of the rink: [gocrimson.collegesports.com]

Supposedly, some Harvard bandwaggoners are starting to show up again, which will make Lynah East tickets even harder to come by - should be a great showdown!
Good luck finding tickets - I don't think it's going to be easy.

In recent memory, the Cornell @Harvard hockey weekend has been the same weekend as the Harvard @Yale football game in alternate years.
Thus, it's not really fair to judge Bright attendence from one or two annual visits as that may give you a skewed sense due to 'The Game'.
You can't blame the 6000 undergrads for not coming to a hockey game when they're passed out 135 miles away in New Haven.

Just checked my tix. We're in section 13. I think that's in the corner, 1 section over from our band.

i actually think you have that backwards john. the harvard games AT cornell are usually on the harvard-yale weekend. according to uscho, the lynah east games occurred: 03-04 in january, 02-03 in february, 01-02 during harvard-yale in nov, 00-01 in february
