SLU is off to a decent start -- tied St. Cloud, lost by 2 to UNH, and beat MSU last night. Tonight they play Michigan.

Colgate's off to a nice start as well.

It's good for the ECAC, that Great Northern conference. Now, if only the Ivies could get in the game as early as the rest of them.

Colgate is now 4-0 vs the CCHA. Along with SLU's win, the ECAC may have a little better time of it in the RPICH this year. Let's hope Cornell follows suit at MSU.

Clarkson, who was predicted to be amazing by The Hockey News lost to powerhouse Wayne State tonight. They're 0-3, not including a tie against the U-18 team.

Hopefully, it's 2 steps forward & 1 step back -- though I could care less as long as Cornell is stepping forward.
