Does anyone know ways to go about finding a player's home phone number? I got Nickerson's hometown and parent's name via the Clarkson web site, but their name doesnt show up under whitepages.com.

It was said during the radio/webcast that during warmups there were only five people in section B and that they were giving Nickerson crap. And apparently Nickerson started yapping back. Good job getting into his head early!

Seriously, enough with the phone number stuff. It's gone from clever (first time with Yacey), to dumb, to uninteresting.

OK, I guess I'm going to have to go with the "NICKERSON HAS SYPHILIS" sign. Gonna start making it now.

Hope that police officer didn't find you, he was asking around in section A...we said the sign might be in section O....

Can you guys just quit it with the stalking/harrassing. It's really stupid, annoying, and idiotic. If fans of other teams stalked or harrassed our players, would you find it funny?

Yeah, what was the deal with that? I saw the two cops talking to you (Todd) during the game. What were they saying, and why were they looking for the sign?

An usher I had never seen before came down to me and said, "I've been a fan of your signs all year, but you can't have 'sucks' on it," so I had to rip that part off, leaving "The last Knight in Ithaca _____".
An usher; thankfully not the police.

Hey, I know. Why don't you kidnap and rape his kid sister? Now, that'll get him off his game...
Man, almost makes me want us to lose for a few years...

No "sucks"? That in itself sucks.
At RPI I sat near some a-hole with a big "Cornell Sucks" sign (and wearing a Red Sox hat to boot...the guy just backs losers all around). Anyway, he departed before the game was over, leaving his sign behind. So I got 'hold of a magic marker and corrected his sign. When I left, it was still lying on his seat, but now saying, "Cornell Sucks...the life out of RPI"

Nicely done.
I could have written something in place of "sucks" on the sign, but I reuse one side for every game.

Let me tell you, living just outside Boston does tend to make it a bit of an adventure to wear my Yankee hat around town. But I have to say that the fans here are among the most passionate and knowledgeable I've met. Sort of like...ah-h-h-h...Lynah Faithful. They just go a lot longer between championships here.

Proud member of the Lynah Faithful from 1993 to 1998 and in person and virtually since.
Proud member of Red Sox Nation and the Red Sox neighborhood since 1998.
Torn apart by baseball. United in hockey. Hey, the Sox opener is on the off day of the Frozen Four in Boston. Coincidence?
I respect fans of all teams. It's what makes the Frozen Four so great - everybody wears their team colors no matter how poorly their team did that year. Similarly, leave it on the ice. The home ice advantage does not extend to following team buses, waking up teams or seeking home phone numbers. Or at least it doesn't at Lynah.
Getting in his head before the game is the way to go. If he can't ignore five fans yelling at him, he certainly is gonna crack under 'It's all Nickerson's fault.'
Everytime I hear his name, I think Mickelson as in the golfer known for choking in big tournaments. Maybe I'm subconciously wanting Nickerson to choke and start the golfing season already.
