I actually thought of this a little more than a month ago, but didn't want to distract from the Frozen Four.

With the end of the '02-'03 Cornell fund year, I have a suggestion for those who are still withholding part or all of their annual donation to Cornell. If you choose not to send the money to Cornell, send it instead to the Ithaca Breast Cancer Alliance using the form at [www.ibca.net]

Here is the comment I sent in along with my reduced donation to Cornell:

[Q]
My donation is decreased this year due to the lack of consideration shown to alumni and other fans of Cornell Hockey by the Athletic Department in their handling of on-line broadcasts.

I am sending the remainder of the money I usually donate to Cornell to the Ithaca Breast Cancer Alliance instead.
[/Q]

I know, run-on sentences, but it was a small comment field.

I would just add that if you choose to make a donation to the Ithaca Breast Cancer Alliance (regardless what motivated you), please consider doing so "in honor" of Sam Paolini (unless you prefer to honor or remember a loved one). Sam has done a good thing with his work with IBCA and I know some of my friends in Ithaca have pledged money to the organization as the hockey season progressed.

Or you could donate to the Hockey office, through Sue Detzer, in the same way that I suggested for the videotape donations.

By the way, Thank You to all who decided to donate for receipt of their tapes.

Some of the E Lynah group have traded a few tapes. Jim suggested that we donate money for each trade.

A nice idea.

The only link to RLR I found is their price structure: [63.151.138.177]

It's steep enough that I doubt they even put out their archives for free.
