Well, Ticketmaster's fees for Worcester are higher than the convenience fee Providence is charging but what convenience is there when I can't ask where to be seated, can't be told where my seats are and have to make a long distance phone call to be told that they can't tell me. I didn't have to wait to get through but there's another reason for those who did.
With Krispy Kreme opening soon in RI, perhaps DD needs to bolster their coffers.
