Women -- Princeton & Quinnipiac

The women roll over Princeton on Friday 4-0 and then squeak by Quinnipiac 4-3 on Saturday. Lauren Slebodnick left the game Friday, presumably with an injury and was replaced by Moak who played well, although neither goalie was particularly challenged. Moak started Saturday. Cornell was up 2-0 at the end of the first period and Quinn scored two pretty quickly in the second to tie. Moak left at 2-3 Quinn, having allowed 3 goals on 8 shots. Pippy finished the game with some great saves as Cornell came from behind to pull out the win. The camera work in this game was awful and it was hard to see the play, esp in the corners so I won't comment on exactly why the game was so close. Maybe those who watched in person might have some feedback.
