Alright, it's time for me to ask one more time for directions, this time to Vermont. This weekend will be my first time at the Gut. Again, the fastest, and easiest (in that order) route would be very helpful.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Sure, if someone in Boston wants to keep me company on the drive up to Vermont, email me.

93 -> 89 That's pretty much it.
Okay, so you do need to know how to get from 89 to the rink. Here are the directions off the UVM website (http://www.uvm.edu/about_uvm/?Page=maps.html#Anchor-Patrick-44867), with some notes from me:
From I-89: Take Exit 14W into Burlington. Stay in far-right lane. [You are now on Williston Rd. Staying in far-right lane immediately when you get off the ramp will put you on the on-ramp and back on 89. Don't do that. Get in the right lane after the ramp.] Just past Sheraton and stop light, bear right at East Avenue/Spear Street exit, in lane for Spear Street. Take immediate left around jug handle, go through traffic light, which will take you onto Spear Street. Drive approximately 1/4 mile to Patrick Gym [Gutterson] entrance on your right.
You can see Gutterson while still on Williston. If you arrive close to the start of the game the rink lot may be full and the parking people may make you park on the other side of Williston Rd and take a shuttle over to the rink. Attendance has sucked due to UVM sucking, so maybe it won't be a problem. Just remember that if you have to take a shuttle, the natives surrounding you may not be friendly.
If you want to go into downtown Burlington, keep going straight on Williston. It turns into Main St downtown. There's a pedestrian mall called Church St, which, IMO, kicks The Commons ass. Good bars with good food: Ri Ra's Irish Pub and Vermont Pub and Brewery. Nectar's, Phish's original hangout, is on Main St - good gravy fries if you need something to soak up some alcohol. Dancing upstairs. Good Italian restaurant: Sweet Tomatoes. If you like your food hot: Bourbon St Bar and Grill.
