Customer Service Win - The Crimson Ticket Office

Just got a call a little while ago from a very apologetic guy at Harvard's athletic ticket office. It turns out that because this Saturday's game is going to be televised, they have to put up a camera stand right where one of my seats was. Would I mind if they moved me a couple of rows closer to the ice?
There are always horror stories about one ticket office or another on the hockey circuit, but I've never had occasion to deal with anything but pleasant, helpful, and friendly folks at Harvard's.

You're absolutely right: they really are good folks. In fact, the reminder that I put out there last week about the game being at 7:00, actually came about as a result of an e-mail I received from one of their staff, asking that I post it on eLynah.

What, they're too busy to set up an eLynah account?

If they had better seats, why didn't they offer them to you in the first place?
