Seems like maybe he's more of a long-term solution than we thought - he just signed a long-term deal with Poenix, terms not disclosed.
That tells me that Burke or Boucher will probably be traded soon, and J-M will be the back-up. Until LeNeveu graduates, that is...

If it were my choice, I'd keep Boucher and dump Burke. Burke is 36, and while that's not too old for a goalie, he's getting up there and he's getting injured. I'd go with the youth movement.
Besides I'm a Flyers fan and I want to see Boucher do well.

Boucher fell victim to a common malady of NHL goalies. He had a great rookie season because no one knew the book on him. Once people found out his weaknesses, he was less effective.
Keep Burke, the one who can win consistently, and has been winning for years in the NHL. Pelletier can't be more than 2 years away and Lenny is not too far away on the horizon.
