We looked very good off the opening faceoff, putting several shots on SCSU's backup goalie, Dunn...play is more even now.

The redcast audio is pretty choppy. Sounds like they aren't getting a good signal from WHCU.

good period in terms of scoring, but defense needs to be much better. the game turned on several great saves by scrivens/inability of the st cloud state swedes to score

It looks like the results so far today have impactated the pairwise ranking a lot. According to CHN, Cornell is tied for #1 in the pairwise ranking.

Wow, the SCSU color guy pulls the Facetimer routine and starts with the "SHOOOT, SHOOOOT!"...unbelievable.
Maybe it's just me, but I was getting a pretty good laugh out of those guys. Especially when the color guy started up with the, "shooot, shoot!" And I thought the broadcast was more of a Roe lovefest, but Lasch was a close second.
Those poor guys were taking that loss pretty hard though, especially with all those "grade A" chances SCSU was getting.

According to the calculations on SiouxSports, Cornell is tied for #1 in pairwise with Northeastern, with Northeastern winning their comparison with us based on higher RPI: .6069 to .6068.lynah80
Michigan St. just beat North Dakota, so Cornell dropped back to #3
