Just thinking - since the modern era (Ned Harkness, Ken Dryden), the last time Cornell started oh-and-three was ... ?

1980... and we won the ECACs and made it to the Frozen Four.

Well, now that we have a goal, let's see who jumps in. I'm around all game, I think, but I jusht opened a bottle of wine. Not sure I'll make it to the end.

Yeah, but we barely made the ECAC tournament by winning in OT on the last game of the regular season. Then upset the 1, 2, and 3 seeds to win the autobid as an 8-seed. And there were only four teams in the NCAA tournament at the time.
