Last year was my first year with tickets, so this is my first renewal.

Should I be seeing my check cashed at this point or not? (Yes, I'm paranoid I'll lose my seats in some bizarre mishap.)

I still haven't seen my renewal charges clear yet, so I gave the ticket office a call today and was told that they're still processing them, fwiw. Anyone else still waiting? My concern is that they messed up my contact info (really, due to my mulitple moves) last year, and if there is a problem, they may not be able to contact me.

I haven't seen a charge come through yet either. Although I did request an upgrade so that could delay things (I called about it today and all they had available for upgrade was right behind the bench, so I declined and am keeping my old seats).

If you're really worried, call and confirm they got your renewal.

Well, that's what I called to do, but I got a bit of the brush-off "I'm sure we've received it...we just haven't processed them, please be patient, if there's a problem, we'll let you know, yadda yadda" from the student worker. I was in a bit of a rush myself, so I didn't have the desire to get into a "no, go look for it" conversation. I'll save that for next week.

RichH, I haven't seen my check clear yet. I've called twice, once to see if they received my form and check and another to say I haven't seen it cashed and ask if I should be concerned. Both times I got a response basically like what you did. If I don't see the check hit my back account over the next couple of days, I'll probably call again and try to be a little more forceful.

My credit card was also charged on 9/17.

My card charge showed up online today (although listed with a post date of yesterday). The few extra days probably because I tried for the upgrade.

And to breathe a sigh of relief, charges finally showed up for me. Transacted 9/21, posted 9/24.
