I think you were supposed to say something like, "see my blog".

"See my blog" is the new "look at my website".

Then again, last year's predictions put the eventual 1st and 2nd teams at a tie for 5th, while its predicted winner ended up in 2nd, and its predicted 2nd-placer ended up in a tie for 8th. So there's hope for us yet!

There's always hope, but not from that direction.

This year I took advantage of BRP's recruiting grades to gut and retool the algorithm, and try to make it a little more "common sense." I've been alternating either edging out or getting pounded by the Coaches' Poll for the last decade.

I haven't run the numbers, but I suspect that if you simply took the prior year's standings as the next year's prediction, you'd probably run a decent chance of beating both of us. blush

Anybody with copious free time can also run the FPred stat and see what standings come out. This is all open source. **]

Some changes in the Recruits ratings from BRP:

Clarkson now a B
Princeton now a B
Quinnipiac now a C
Union now a C
Yale now a C-

But no changes in the final predictions.
