Ship of Fools will be broadcasting the game tomorrow night, for all you NYC Alums out there. (www.shipoffoolsnyc.com, 2nd Ave between 82nd and 83rd)

What will the video source be for this broadcast? Is it on a cable network?

Not sure if it's cable or the All-Access type thing. Ship of Fools subscribes to basically every sports network possible, but I've heard a rumor it's somewhere on Time Warner also.

The game's definitely on Time-Warner Cable in Central NY, but I don't know if such a feed is available in NYC. (I have a lingering bias against cable broadcasts, since they tend not to be available to people in other parts of the country, as opposed to broadcasts on actual networks which are available via satellite.)

I'm at Ship of Fools now, surrounded by Colgate folks. Other nyc Cornell folks, stop by to get a BIG RED cheering section going!

Looks as if the video source will be no-access. Hoping that the feed works smoothly tonight.

Uh-oh. It doesn't sound like a wise idea to be serving alcohol to a whole bunch of people trying to watch a hockey game on no-access!

Videocasts of both basketball games today worked very well. Hope the law of CSTV averages isn't...

Please veryify after 8pm whether the game can actually be seen at Ship of Fools. I can make it there by 10:15 or so if I hustle from work.

It's been pretty good so far, in terms of the video feed. Couple of freezes, but fairly consistently good. If it was bad, I'd be home by now. Be warned, my wofe and I are the only Cornell people here.

That's okay, it's so close to home that it's worth it for me to stop by even if I think the game might already be over.

It isn't on Direct TV, because it's being aired by Time Warner Cable Sports
