thats why its confusing, the reg season starts in Nov.. this is a email about tickets thru the end of the first semester..
if you are moving kids to C then you are trying to spread them out a bit You would think?
It also says reg people thru the main Bartels Entrance and kids thru the Lynah entrance but ignores the huge number of people entering on the North side of the building?
Do they plan on some how blocking the kids from leaving that side of the building after entrance

I'm sure a border crossing issue was the reason.

Anyone know if radio or streaming for this weekend is available?
I'm pretty committed to avoiding WHCU's normal programming, so I appreciate the heads up.

As per the preview on Cornell Athletics’ website, the game will be streamed on ESPN+

So is ESPN+ the cornell "official" internet streaming provider? I was thinking of subscribing for the NHL and hoping that I would get a lot of cornell hockey too.

I think they carry all ECAC.

I did sign up for ESPN+ and watched a bit of our winning football team (for one night). Looking forward to the Big Red Hockey again.

Are the ESPN+ games archived, so they can be watched later on, or only live?

The short window for replay resulted in my suspending my subscription in the spring of 2020 after the NCAA ended the season. I even contacted them and got a response which acknowledged the issue in that there was no reason for ECAC Hockey fans to subscribe unless the replays were made available. And that was the end of it.

as long as it is, say 24-48 hours, I like the thrill of the game, the no knowing, and any more than that, I'll have heard the score, or seen the comments here. but if I can watch it at 7 PST, I'm golden. Is it days or a week or how short are we talking?

the field hockey games have been there for a month.. so the window is short but not that short. they used to have events stay around for longer but they are doing so many games now they might not have the capacity..

I finally updated the schedule on the first post. So anyone who copies it for a compact listing, it's ready.
And let me know of errors, or if we get more definitive game times and whether the BU game will really be at MSG.
Schafer's email of 6/3/2021 said
All eyes then turn to The World’s Most Famous Arena, where Cornell and Boston University face off at 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27. The Big Red will attempt to retain the Kelley-Harkness Cup, laying claim to Red Hot Hockey’s prize after a 2-0 victory over the Terriers in front of a crowd exceeding 15,000 fans.
Almost for sure it's MSG, but they still haven't put it on the schedule, and I won't make it definite till they do. Also they've usually offered tickets by now. Suspect it's just because of all the prior COVID restrictions, which are now lifted. Let's keep it that way, so everybody get vaccinated.
The Men's Ice Hockey Schedule [cornellbigred.com] still shows the site as TBA as of 21 Nov 2021.
