You might try Olivia out at East Hill (where Coyote Loco used to be) - $5 burgers from 4-6 pm.  Hop, skip and a jump from there to Kite Hill parking lot.

We thought about Joe's, heard service could be leisurely, and settled on Nines. Thanks all for the comments.
