[q]Good. Definitely want Colgate and Brown to win tonight. All that matters is getting into the top four. Winning the ECAC Regular Season is very unlikely at this point and it really doesn't matter that much. Finishing in the top four - weather fourth or first - reaps basically the same benefits (bye in first round then home ice in the second). So getting by at least two of Dartmouth, RPI, and Yale is the goal for the final six and a half games of the season.[/q]

I've been thinking about the playoff possibilities a little bit.  I'd almost want us to finish in 5th place.  This would get us a first round series at home against the last place finisher (probably Vermont or Union).  Too much pressure is a cause for concern.  Plus, that week off can throw off the team as we saw last year.  The Friday game against RPI took the team a night to get their legs back and then Saturday was the 4-0 blowout.

Then we'd play the 4th place team, where in the ECAC is essentially a dead heat.  This would be without the pressures of home ice.
