highly over rated?  Granted their big wins were their first two games (Minnesota and Wisconsin), but their two losses came on the road at UNH and BC...that isn't over rated, IMO.  If anything, people could say we are over rated based on our PWR

when you see the team play, you'll know they are definitely not the third best team in the country as they are ranked.  they are well coached but still are not even close to the caliber of BC or UND.  I expect that they will fall off just as they did last season.  Don't forget their hot start last season and how the second half ended up.  their big names like Jackson and Shields have really started to cool down after hot starts.  their strong defensive scheme will cover it up for the short term but I am not even remotely confident in their goaltending and the defensive scheme will eventually crumble as a result like last year.  overrated.

Thought I could manage to get away from family fun to find a local DirectTV enabled tavern, but couldn't.  Great to hear that the Knoepfi-Hynes-Pegoraro line has finally made an impact.  I've been waiting for that break-out moment from them.

Post game and then Ohio State and Maine!  I'll post some of Adams thought from the post game (three stars, etc)

You dodged the question about us being over rated...  ;-)

at 22, cornell isn't placed all that bad especially if they can come up with another win tomorrow.  if they can crack the top 12, they'll be in good shape for an at large bid.  with all inner conference games in the second half, they SHOULD be poised to win a fair amount and get up their in the PWR.  of course, their results against the Browns, Dartmouths, Harvards, and even RPI's will be VERY important in determining their PWR standing.  Regardless, win the ECAC post season and we don't have to worry about it.  Anything can happen in the playoffs.

That's the ninth Cornell shutout in the 2003 calendar year.

Adam, we can talk about Maine later.  It's 1:22 here and I'm going to bed.  Talk to you guys tomorrow night.  Good win.  Big win.  Big game tomorrow.

Someone check my math: 151:39 of straight shutout time for McKee now, right?

Is next year here yet?

Adam: thanks in advance for relaying the post-game thoughts, and transcription of the McKee interview.  I had 870 AM just fine in Rochester, and then they had to power-down right near the end of the 1st period.  I'll watch the Final (Great to say that) in Ithaca.
