Thank you for the commentary. It's certainly encouraging that so many students showed up. There must be some vibrations carrying over from the good old days on the hill. I wonder whether any of the undergrads were children (or even grandchildren) of alumni who had camped in the line and passed on stories.

My son is a first year and got the same booty as stearax did. He went with section B, I think row 8 or 9. our seasons are right across from him in section N! I'm happy for the students that they did this, it is one of those experiences (waiting out for tickets on line overnight or in the am) that we all had that kids today dont get and I'm sure you they will all remember.

Lunch at the Milkstand is pretty sweet too!

Well, no... but I feel like hockey players love subjecting us to seeing their feet at all times 😂 I'm sure it's something to do with skates being tight and letting the feet breathe and all.
