Toronto wins the draft lottery, San Jose picks 2.

For reference, in NHL Central Scouting NA:

Cole Tuminaro - 96
Charlie Puglisi - 112
Daniel Walters - 114
Caton Ryan - 177

Probably the top three get drafted at some point in the draft (remember, you also have international skaters, too). Ryan could be a late round flier.
