Now or never for first place.

Does anyone know if walk up tickets are normally available for this game?
I'll be in Boston for a family event and was thinking of possibly catching this one if I can break away.

I was startled to see very few tickets available as of yesterday. There is plenty of SRO space so I would guess they are pretty willing to take anyone's money.

I feel this is the case for many years at QU.  It seems like the student section is growing and more reliable as far as actually coming to the games. Tickets are always at a premium, yet we get there and there are lots of empty seats. Whether it's traffic (the dreaded parking garage) or dinner delays, it always feels partially empty, and doesn't always fill in. Townies don't always care who the opponent is, sound familiar?

I'm dreading the game and reconsidering wearing a bright red uniform. Another long road trip, a slumping, tired looking squad, and just the opposite from the hosts. Could spell disaster! Maybe we can regroup and CJ can wake us up. Playing a top 5 team is a rare opportunity.

Always represent.  Bullies are cowards.  Stand up and they skulk right back to Mom's basement.

Watch the first 2 periods of the Q-Pak Princeton game at Hobey. Q-Pak is absolutely beatable. Yes we have been skating like we are dragging a piano up Libe Slope. However, if we play our game, our best game, we can win this.

We owe those goons a strong ass-kicking on Friday! LGR!

Q is closing in on its fifth straight ECAC 1-seed and has three NCAA finals and one national championship since the last time we've been to a frozen four. Notably they recruit much smaller players than we do, with almost all of their best players at 5'8, 5'9, or 5'10. They also abuse the rules by loading up on fifth-year players (when that was a thing), transfers, CHL players, and former pros. It is often cited on this forum that they have no academic requirements, but that's also true of about 55 other teams in Division 1 hockey including many other teams in our conference. Essentially, they've surpassed us by doing things totally differently from us.

This year, they have far more injuries than we do but haven't lost a step. A tie would be a great outcome.

We're not going to have a chance against Q if we play like we did in the Capital Region, where over the two weekend games we had 61 shots on goal and scored on two of them. No team is going to win many games scoring on only 3 percent of their SOG.

Some of their better defensive players are returning this weekend, so they'll be closer to full strength

It's actually bodes much better for future games if you put 61 shots on goal and score only 3 times than if you put 31 shots on goal and score only 3 times.
