Agreed on title! LGR. Ohio State, then winner of Wisconsin/Minnesota.

Looks like we're playing *an* Ohio State University. Don't know much about them, honestly.

After getting the #1 seed and being rewarded with an under-ranked Clarkson in the ECAC SF then doing all the hard work to get the #3 seed, we "got" to play a huge powerhouse in UMD, I'm just fine with Wisconsin getting to play the host team Minny for once.  After what I saw today, anyone can win this.

Sure, but Wisconsin has to be the overwhelming favorite.

Wisconsin has only lost once all season and most of their games haven't been close.

Minn D played them three times and lost 2-1 twice and 3-1

Wisconsin is the heavy favorite, their women's team is an absolute unit and they have I wanna say 4 Patty Kaz finalists on their roster. OSU is very good too. While I think we can stand up to OSU and make it competitive, if not win (I don't want to jinx anything), Wisconsin, though...

This is the NPI rankings for the top four.

Wisconsin 69.112
Ohio St. 61.413
Cornell   60.733
Minnesota 60.327

Yeah. If Minnesota pulls out the upset I will be ecstatic.

Remember it's played at the Minny rink. So that certainly helps them.

If Wisc beats Minny, you wonder if some of the fans, if we beat OSU, would root for us?

It's not that Minn likes Wisc.

Possibly, yeah. I think it's the world vs Wisconsin to an extent.

Not surprising, considering the arena only seats 3,400 and UM is in the Frozen Four
