Barron just scored his 1st career playoff goal on a pretty tip-in to put the Jets up 2-1 in the 1st period over the Blues. He's started to find the back of the net more often. since being moved to center late in the regular season.

Unfortunately (not for Winnipeg), Barron's goal was awarded to another Jets player who also got a stick on it.

Really strange that Malinski is a scratch. He played pretty much the whole season with them and was really turning it on as of late. Ah well, wonder if Mallott can make the squad for LA.

Looked like the D including Erik Johnson may have gotten beat by the Dallas player on the winning goal. Maybe Malinski will slot in next game as a result.
