Tweeted at @ESPNFANSUPPORT; we'll see what happens, if anything. Also tried the "Chat" option on ESPN's customer service page but it's been several minutes and hasn't connected me to an agent.

This was the service that's much, much better than ILDN, right?

I get that, and occasionally, if I refresh, it brings me to the intermission between the first and second period, with the "playing indicator" not at the far right. If I move it to the far right, to try to get back to "live", I lose everything.

Same here. Firs period was fine except for having to listen to their announcers.

And now I have it "working" with about 17 minutes left in the second. In reality I'm guessing 8:00 minutes left is probably closer.

Did you know we got the newspaper-reading thing from the hit film "Mystery, Alaska"? Nope, I didn't know that, either. ::bang::

Let's see ... Mystery Alaska debuts in 1999...that 34 years after I went to my first game at Lynch as a high school student and the newspapers weee there then. More like Mystery Alaska got it from Cornell.

Ugh

Huh,  not in my experience from 1970-74.

Cornell takes a 2-1 lead into the second intermission. We've apparently missed two Cornell PP goals, which is awesome, but hey, how about this great ESPN+ service?

Here's the Donaldson goal. Great hands in tight: https://twitter.com/CornellVideo/status/1069041503551479808

That's a beautiful move...not sure what the (Harvard?) announcer was watching with the "something ugly in front" analysis.

Finally got @ESPNFanSupport - who is in a different department from ESPN+ and claimed not to be able to help - to pick up a &#$%ing phone and contact ESPN+, who is now aware of the problem and working toward a resolution.
