Hynes offsides.  About 5 stoppages in last 2 mins, game slowing down.

Greg Berge

Icing BC.  6 mins to go, faceoff in BC end.

Greg Berge

Murray nice clear; Moulson strips Forrest and just brings it back offside as Baby was all alone in front.

Greg Berge

BC offsides now.  4:03 to go, game very discontinuous now.

Greg Berge

Cornell handpass 3:49 to go.  TV timeout.

BC announcers: questionable call by Agent 86 (Don Adams is the referee's name).

Now Cornell takes a penalty.

If anything, the discontinous nature of play the last couple of minutes takes the momentum away from BC after their "goal".

CU on PP

Greg Berge

Yes, slower play good for us.  McRae got thrown bodily into the net by a BC player, no call.  BC about to go on abbreviated pp.

End 2nd....BC still has 23 seconds of PP

1-1

Greg Berge

Murray's back blocks a shot in final second, ouch but thanks!  23 seconds to go in BC pp when 3rd period begins.

I'm going to sound like a sophomoric prig (hey, what else is new?), but I'm *stunned* by how biased Sean Grande and Tim Sweeney (announcing crew) are. Sweeney *went* to BC, so I guess that's his excuse, but what about Grande? He's a good guy (I've met him a few times), but I'd say it to his face: all he does is say what an unbelievable job the Eagles are doing.

"It's a little late for Cornell to be going to the body."

"Every minute that goes by favors the underdog."

"I can't believe that (BC defenseman) was able to know how much time was left in the 4-on-4. That's like Rain Man!" (um, isn't there a big clock?)

And if he refers to Jerry York's notebook one more time, my mute button's getting a workout.

Harumph.
