I just contacted the 5 winners for the Hockey Jersey via email or phone. Congratulations to all winners!

I would also like to thank everyone who filled out my survey! Your support is much appreciated!

Yes, I would love to share the results if anyone is interested.

I started taking the survey, EKC. (You may want to take a look at your writing if you want your survey to be taken seriously. For that matter, in your post above, "any" should be "either." ) But I'm not posting now to criticize your writing, but rather to let you know that your survey form isn't functioning in Chrome. (I can't speak to how well it is or isn't working in other browsers.) When I got to the page that asked me where my seat was, I entered "C" in the section area, and then a seating chart appeared, with radio buttons to allow me to select closer to the rink, halway between the rink and exit, and closer to the exit. I selected "closer to the rink", but then there was no way to continue on. No button appeared to allow me to move to the next page, hitting "return" did nothing. I'm just stuck there. I tried reloading the page, going back, etc. Nothing worked.

I'll be happy to continue where I left off, if that is possible, when you let us know it's working.

Thanks.

Edit: I tried copying the URL into Firefox, to see what would happen, but I'm guessing somehow cookies must be being used, as that would have had me starting the survey over. I then tried doing the same thing into a new Chrome window. By chance I then expanded the window, and found the "Next" button, well to the right of any area that had been displayed on my screen before. So the survey "works", but this is something that will probably trip up many people. You may want to move that "Next" button well to the left.

I made it through in Firefox. The only minor issue was the seating chart size, too big.

The seating chart being smaller would probably solve the problem of the "Next" button not being visible.

I have to wonder though, Jim, if your emphasis of minor above was done to highlight your disagreement with my criticism of the writing. Naturally we're all entitled to our opinions. But when the first thing I read in a survey is:

"After you completed the survey, you will be given the option to provide your email to enter the lucky draw."

it makes me wonder if I should spend the time completing the survey if the person who put it together couldn't put in enough effort to proofread their finished product. I chose to, but I also chose to suggest Elisa correct the mistakes. There were many mistakes throughout the survey. If this is something she is to be graded on, my suggesting she fix the errors can only help her grade.

Perhaps I could have written her privately, but at the time I was pretty annoyed at having invested a few minutes in a survey that appeared hung. And since I didn't want others here to get similarly hung, at least part of what I needed to say needed to be said publicly.

If I offended you Elisa, I apologize. I'd be happy to point out some of the other errors privately if you'd like me to.

I would like to add to my responses that, although personally I found the tickets to be fairly priced, I do NOT consider the pricing to be anywhere near fair, considering every other college hockey team's ticket is less expensive.

Thank you for everyone's responses. I am very grateful that you are taking the time to fill out the survey and give me feedback.

- I reduced the size of the seating chart.

- English is my second language so I appreciate comments and suggestions for improvement.

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the survey. I will try my best to answer them.

In that case, you're doing fantastic.

It had nothing to do with your criticism of the writing. It was just to say that it worked on Firefox, but that the diagram was still a problem. I certainly wouldn't complain about wanting proper writing, I hate how some people write on the internet.

When was the last time you went to another rink? With only a few exceptions, other schools have caught up to Cornell's pricing.

I'm going by what others reported in another thread awhile back plus what I discovered with a bit a research.
