it says audio, perhaps that explains the lack of audio with the americe one video feed.. the picture is nice though

you cant believe everything you read from cornell athletics.. the feed from americaone is pretty good video.. better a picture and no sound than sound and no picture..

I haven't heard back yet on my refund request, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming they don't have people dealing with this stuff on Sundays. If they don't respond by Monday afternoon I'll write again. I expect they will refund our money.
