Apparently the official viewing location for Manhattan is Snap Sports Bar, at 248 W. 14th Street (between 7th & 8th), owned by a Cornell alum whose name I can't recall at the moment.

Hockey fans, we have a televised game for you! Join us at 12:15 p.m. at Tied House
 for pre-game appetizers, lunch, and drinks (pay as you go). Come to
watch one of the most competitive ECACHL Division I hockey games of the season, as
Cornell takes on RPI.  This is a joint watch party with the Rensselaer Alumni Association.

I am pretty sure Fox and Hound (1501 Spruce St. in center city) will be able to show the game.  It's a great sports bar downtown near the theatres, and it's just a short walk from all the regional rail trains that come into Suburban Station along with the Walnut/Locust subway and the Patco train to NJ.  It also offers free wifi and a very good selection of draft beer - not just Miller/Coors etc. but also things like Newcastle, Sierra Nevada and Bass!
