And it does them no good - Hynes on the PP for 6-0.

The Ithaca Breast Cancer Alliance is making out quite well tonight...:-))

 5:xx Cor pp   Hynes 6 (Knoepfli 12)

That's what happens when you go 2 man shorthanded against Cornell for 4 straight minutes

So, I'm reading the live-stats from Cornell.  Vermont has 4 fewer players listed than Cornell.  Is this a mistake on their part?  What's up with that?

5 ppg in the second period.

There can't be 5 PPG in the second period...only four goals were scored (it was 3-0 after 1)

I meant, "with the game still in the second period."

For the record, it was 1 ppg in the first and 4 ppgs in the 2nd.

I know, Greg.

Kind of like when the UVM announcers say Janet Reno is going to conduct the Cornell fight song, I presume mean the Alma Mater.

Yep, alumna Janet Reno directing the alma mater.  I wish we still had HockeyCam.

The Vermont announcer says he has seen Harvard play many times this season, and he has to pick Cornell next weekend.  He can't understand how Cornell could have lost to Colgate last week...

He complains about not being able to hear the announcer, blaming the acoustics in The Lynah Rink.  "Maybe it's because of the full house tonight."
