Thanks for scanning that, John.  Looks painful, but certainly doesn't look like a cheap shot by Higgins.

The DQ was not for a cheap shot.  On the film it looked like Higgins had him lined up for a check but at the last moment Jones fell, resulting in Higgins hitting Jones' head into the boards.  The DQ came from the very lievely line brawl that ensued, including a restart after the players had been separated.  As mentioned elsewhere, several players DQ-ed didn't appear to do much to earn it.  Higgins did.

Peterg, I think Josh was referring to the fact that it was a purported cheap shot that led a NoDak player to pounce on Higgins.  As it wasn't, well, the NoDak player was mistaken and probably started the whole fracas for no reason.
