I signed up for the FREE March Madness on Demand through CBS sportsline and CSTV and the video isn't too bad (first time I tuned in). A bit jerky on my mac (small screen), but the audio feed (TV announcers) is fine. I'm a "general member" but I only had to wait less than 30 seconds to get the feed. However, it is a Sunday and most normal people are at home or in a bar.  I do not know what it was like on Thursday/Friday afternoon.

Now if only Cornell sports broadcasts could be half as good.
