I've always been confused as to how Brian managed to move forward with his coaching career after what happened from '92-'93 through '94-'95.  Seemed like he completely lost the team and recruiting was terrible.  Fortunately I graduated in '92 and saw some decent teams (some would say they underperformed relative to their talent level, particularly in '90-'91).  

That rant aside, Brian seems like a good guy and his career took off.  If anyone has any insights, please share......
