Here are the approximate odds of winning for the 1st round matchups based on the Bradley-Terry based KRACH model. (Hope I did the math correctly...

8. UMass defeats 9. Fairfield 39 to 1
7. Duke defeats 10. Hobart 113 to 1
6. Cornell defeats 11. Stony Brook 398 to 1
5. Georgetown defeats 12. Manhattan 7015 to 1

Assuming all favorites win in the 1st round, the second round looks like this:

1. JHU defeats 8.UMass 10 to 1
2. Syracuse defeats 7. Duke 7.4 to 1
3. Virginia defeats 6. Cornell 2.3 to 1
4. Princeton defeats 5. Georgetown 1 to 1.55 (that's right, the Hoyas are favored)
