Having said that...I just don't see the Gophers losing to Cornell. OSU's speed gave Cornell fits all day, and thankfully for the Maroon & Gold we won't be seeing another brick wall tomorrow like Howard, who played about as well as any opposing 'keeper in Maroosh as I have seen in years.

The Cornell fans were entertaining & lively, and it will be good to have them around for tomorrow's game. The playing of "Hail to the Victors" when they were down was a clever touch. Let's see if they are bold enough to crank up "On Wisconsin" tomorrow  Their colors and the similarities in jerseys make them easy to hate

Yeah, I think we should bust out On Wisconsin.  Playing it as they come onto/ off of the ice would be nice.

One wonders if Mike was able to get any insights into handling Minnesota from Jamie Russell, whose MTU team had pretty good success against the Goofers this year.
