My assumption is that these are "unofficial" practices, held by the captains and not with coaches. Is that right? I think it's still to early to have official ones. If so, I suspect they have to be open, after all they are like an open skate.

Somewhere in the back of my mind I'm thinking official practices cannot begin until October 15.

QuoteHornby sold me in that painful 2001 loss to Harvard championship game. The the team lost their legs and didn't look like they could even walk... except for Hornby who was throwing Harvard players around left and right.

The man almost single handledly took on the entire Crimson squad and managed to hold them for almost two overtime periods.

Beat me to it.  This was also the moment when I decided Hornby was the soul of the team.

Thank you for the EXCELLENT scotuing report.  Please let us know a little about the goalies when they get more involved in the action.  Great job and much appreciated.
