CHDB updated for 2004

The schedule and players have been updated in the database for 2004.

Age,

there's a display bug where if a player has 2002-2003 stats, they're displayed for their 03-04 stats as well (games played and PIM seem ok, this only affects goals/assists/points).

There's a mistake in the schedule...the Feb 14 Yale game is at home, not away.
