Rutgers hosted Penn State in football, lost 13-10, some Rutgers fans showed up wearing BEAT PED STATE T-shirts, also posted signage at the game, posted photos online. NJ.com says Rutgers president apologized to Penn State. The signs are in pretty poor taste because it's visual. But this is just a University official playing the formal, civil role that he's expected to play.  Nothing new or interesting there.
