From this article and a follow-up email, we have learned who will join Maine and Cornell in the holiday tournament for the next two seasons.

In 2012, Ferris State and Minnesota-Duluth will play in Estero.
In 2013, North Dakota and New Hampshire will be there.

Though this year's tournament lacks any top-10 teams, the next two should not.

Wow the next two years are stacked. Imagine if that Michigan at MSG comes through. Our OOC schedule should look great the next few years
