A very disappointing performance after Monday. Some really poor shooting, sloppy passing, too many fouls. At least we made most of our free throws. Still an extremely winnable game.

Penn State's offensive rebounding hurt a lot, especially in the first half.  Monday night the team looked good overall against overall.  Last night it did not, against a much less talented team.  Disappointing is a good descriptor.

Yes rebounding hurt, they gave Penn St so many second chances. Desperately need Bunce and Harmon for next year. Although I would like to see Lamore out there a bit more, he is as big as Figini, Eitan but has got 10-15 more lbs. He gave them good minutes last night with the tip in and the nice pass to Ferry, maybe?, instead of forcing anything. Foul trouble was a huge killer too. Tough to lose Eitan and Figini early with 2 fouls. Eitan basically didnt play, 4 fouls in 5min of play. Need to beat Stony Brook for their confidence. Also concerned that Wrobo is never going to show up this year.

While the Big Ten Network announcers were woefully underprepared on Cornell (just the usual tidbits about Gray being a manager and Eitan being able to solve a Rubik's Cube quickly), they were gushing about Miller and seemed genuinely surprised he was in the Ivy League.  I kind of enjoyed that.  Lamore's play showed me that he deserves more time, he looks like a natural post player.  But I agree with you Philly, Harmon and Bunce can't get here fast enough.
