Soccer players interview coaching candidates

Is this usual? It's kind of nice, letting five Cornell soccer players sit in on the process that wound up hiring Syracuse assistant Jaro Zawislan.

From what I've heard, the players don't get much say in what happens. They just do it to make the players feel involved.

Prepares them for corporate life then. It's important that employees believe they're part of the process. Belief is everything.
