8 goals by clarkson against us and maybe 2 were because of any real quality scoring plays..  not that it matters with our offense..

Crappy way to lose in the end, but we can't say we didn't have our chances.  I don't know what it is with this team, but it seems our goals to chances ratio is depressingly low.

Would be nice to see a Princeton loss to the Elis tomorrow.

A very good start, but a disappointing 3rd period.  Clarkson has an impressive forecheck and when they used it, Cornell had a lot of trouble getting the puck out of their own end.  Cornell power plays could have been more energetic.

Things should be better in Canton tomorrow, but Cornell is going to have to play hard to win.  There is a lot of parity in the ECAC this year.

Did anyone else notice how similar the Cornell goal was to the second goal against Yale?  That was also a power play goal that was set up by R Nash.  He passed to his brother, who hit a hard shot from the blue line, which was tipped in by Greening.  I wouldn't be surprised if they practice that a lot, especially since most teams will expect a shot from Riley and not Brendon on power plays.
