Sorry I didn't respond to your email; I was away for the weekend without internet access. And thanks for putting up the audio links here in case the page didn't return in time.

I think the page was down due to my ISP having a temporary outage. It's hosted on my personal account with them and they're not particularly motivated to deliver top-notch web hosting.
