The song is called, appropriately enough, "The Stripper".  I'm not exactly sure who the performer is in the movie.
"They do all kind of just blend together into one giant dildo."

Okay I put in my DVD and skipped to the end, the parade scene and the band is playing "Yankee Doodle".  Before that is the Striptease (which the band does for the Bears at the last home game) and then the another "ditty" that I recall hearing the band play.. "Daaa... da-da-da-daaaa" (Band members help me out!!) I'll bring the dvd to Green Bay. The song credits are:

Right back where we started from - Maxine Nightingale
Sorry seems to be the hardest word - Elton John
Rhiannon - fleetwood mac
Say that you love me - fleetwood mac
A little bit south of saskatoon - sonny james
You make me feel like dancing - leo sayer

Does this help?

Slapshot was the first  movie I ever saw. When I was 6 yrs old my parents wanted to see the movie and figured that my younger brothers and I would all be asleep in the car by the time the movie started at the local drive-in. My brothers were asleep, but I wasn't. I had already been to many New England Whaler hockey games, so I knew about icing and fighting and the Hanson Brothers, but I was confused by the striptease at the end.  ;-). Yeah, I quietly stayed awake for the entire movie.
