Brian Hayward to announce Olympic hockey

Continuing the fine tradition of Cornell goalies turned commentators (remember who was the color man at the Miracle on Ice?), Mighty Ducks color commentator Brian Hayward was selected by NBC to cover Olympic hockey.

Above the article the OC Register showed a picture of Hayward with former Big Red goaltending teammate, Darren Eliot (who now writes for SI.com) in the Ducks broadcast booth.

It was pretty cool to see since they both played for Cornell my freshman year.
